Our goal is to make the application process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible. Before applying, please take a few moments to review the information below.

Application Processing Time

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days once all required documentation and verifications have been received.
The biggest factor in processing time is often how quickly employers, current and former landlords, and applicants respond to requests for information.
While we work hard to process applications as quickly as possible, we can’t complete the review until all required information has been received.

Help Speed Up Your Application

To help us process your application faster, please:

• Submit all requested documents with your application.
• Double-check employer and landlord contact information.
• Let your references know we’ll be reaching out.
• Respond promptly if additional information is requested.
  The faster everyone responds, the faster we can provide a decision.

Application Requirements

Applicants 18 years of age and older are subject to background screening.
Multiple occupants may apply together on the same application.
Please be prepared to provide:

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of income
• Employment information
• Residential history
• Pet information (if applicable)

Income Requirements

Applicants should have a verifiable household income of approximately 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Additional documentation may be requested depending on employment type, source of income, or other circumstances.

Rental & Background Screening

Applications are reviewed based on a combination of:

• Income
• Rental history
• Credit history
• Background screening results
  Our goal is to place qualified residents in homes where they can be successful long-term.

Pet Policy

Many of our properties welcome pets, although restrictions may vary by property and owner.
Additional pet fees, deposits, or monthly pet rent may apply.
Please review the individual property listing or contact our office for specific pet requirements.

Important Information

Meeting the minimum qualifications does not automatically guarantee approval.
Applications are reviewed as a whole and processed in accordance with Fair Housing laws and our rental criteria.
